A yet to be identified man who has been parading himself in Port Harcourt as a Nigerian Army Officer, was apprehended today at Garrison junction in Port-Harcourt, Rivers state.
The man who wore a military camouflage, was first slapped by army officers who
nabbed him as crowd gathered, before he was handed over to the Police.
